Adam Pike, DPT
Adam has been part of the Golden Bear team since 2005 shortly after graduating from the University of Pacific with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. He completed his undergraduate work in Exercise Physiology from Chico State University in 2003. Adam is currently the Clinical Rehabilitation Director for our Turlock Office. Over the past 5 years, he has remained committed to continued education in order to improve his treatment techniques. He is currently pursuing his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certificate. Adam is a die-hard sports fan and enjoys remaining physically active.
Jon Aycock, DPT
Jon has been practicing physical therapy for 1 year after recently graduating from the University of the Pacific with his Doctor of Physical Therapy. Although he has a background in Aquatic Therapy, he has the knowledge to treat a wide variety of conditions and enjoys focusing on shoulder and knee rehab. Jon is involved in numerous recreational activities and aspires to pursue additional certificates such as Certified Strength Specialist (CSCS) and Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS).
Justin Lindo, PT, MPT
Justin graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Master's degrees in Physical Therapy from California State University of Fresno in 2009. Clinical experience has been focused on treatment of Orthopedic dysfunctions and has entailed advanced formal training in functional and orthopedic manual therapy. Attended numerous educational courses beyond requirements for retaining licensure as a Physical Therapist to advance skills and knowledge to best serve patients. Currently working on becoming a Certified Functional Manual Therapist through the Institute of Physical Art and also currently pursuing advanced education degree with emphasis on up-to-date evidence based practice to receive a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. I enjoy many outdoor activities such as camping, hunting, baseball, snowboarding and spending time with my wife and three children. My favorite past-time is woodworking and construction.
Brandi Purpura, PTA
Brandi obtained her Physical Therapy Assistant license in 2012 and joined Golden Bear Physical Therapy in early 2013. Shortly after joining the Golden Bear team Brandi began taking continuing education courses in aquatic therapy. Today, Brandi runs the aquatic therapy program in the Turlock office and is very passionate about upholding patient satisfaction and quality of care. She loves her time in the pool and prides herself on maintaining a hands on approach with one on one instruction. She believes positive outcomes require positive attitudes and strives to create a fun and supportive environment for each patient. In addition to her passion for aquatic therapy, Brandi is also very passionate about animals and is currently working towards becoming a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Therapist.
